ABOUT 3 fruits kesari RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Mango 1
  2. Banana 1
  3. Jackfruit 5 pieces
  4. Sooji 1.5 cups
  5. Water 4 cups
  6. Ghee as required
  7. Sugar 1 cup
  8. Cashew - handful
  9. Raisin - handful
  10. Cardamom powder - 1/2 tsp

Instructions

  1. Puree the fruits and keep aside.
  2. Dry roast the Sooji and keep aside.
  3. Heat water in a pan and when it comes to boil add the roasted Sooji and sugar and keep stirring.
  4. Add cardamom powder and fruit puree to it and keep stirring
  5. Add a good amount of ghee to it and keep stirring till it start leaving the pan.
  6. Fry cashews and raisins in ghee separately and add it to the kesari.
  7. Serve hot once it comes to consistency.
