ABOUT Healthy Rajma Pakoda RECIPE

Healthy Rajma Pakoda is a protein rich tea time snack,finger food or a starter,which can be realished by all ages without guilt.Adding besan flour,chilli powder,garam masala powder,chilli chicken powder,salt to taste and by adding a little water gives this yummy crispy healthy Pakoda.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Rajma 1/4 kg
  2. Garam flour 2 tablespoon
  3. Chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon
  4. Garam masala powder 1/4 teaspoon
  5. Chilli chicken powder 1/2 teaspoon
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Water little
  8. Oil for frying
  9. Tomato ketchup used as a dip

Instructions

  1. SOAK RAJMA OVERNIGHT.
  2. ADD RAJMA WITH SUFFICIENT AMOUNT OF WATER AND SALT IN A PRESSURE COOKER.
  3. PRESSURE COOK RAJMA FOR 15 MINUTES TILL IT'S SOFT.
  4. CHECK THE RAJMA'S IF IT'S WELL COOKED.
  5. DRAIN THE WATER USING A COLANDER AND THE WATER CAN BE ADDED TO ANY GRAVIES OR RASAM.
  6. ADD BESAN FLOUR,CHILLI POWDER,SALT
  7. GARAM MASALA POWDER AND CHILLI CHICKEN POWDER.
  8. ADD LITTLE WATER TO THE RAJMA AND BESAN FLOUR MIX.
  9. MIX THOROUGHLY TILL THE BESAN AND MASALA POWDERS ARE WELL COATED TO EACH RAJMA
  10. IT'S WELL COATED AND READY TO FRY.
  11. HEAT OIL ON A MEDIUM FLAME AND SPOON IN RAJMA GENTLY.
  12. FRY RAJMA TILL IT'S CRISP AND GOLDEN BROWN.TRANSFER THE FRIED RAJMA TO A TISSUE PAPER.
  13. PLATE IT WITH TOMATO KETCHUP AND SERVE HOT.
  14. CRISPY RAJMA PAKODA IS A PERFECT TEA TIME PROTEIN RICH SNACK,FINGER FOOD OR SERVED AS A STARTER.
  15. PROTEIN RICH YUMMY CRISPY RAJMA PAKODA IS A HEALTHY TEA TIME SNACK FOR ALL AGES.
