  2. methi leaves chopped 1 cup
  3. turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
  4. salt to taste
  5. oil for shallow frying paratha
  6. Crushed garlic 1 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. FINELY CHOPPED METHI LEAVES 1CUP, TURMERIC POWDER 1/2 TEASPOON, SALT TO TASTE, CRUSHED GARLIC 1 TSPN
  2. TAKE 2CUPS WHEAT FLOUR, CHOPPED METHI LEAVES, TURMERIC POWDER, CRUSHED GARLIC AND SALT TO TAST
  3. ADD SOME WATER AND PREPARE A TIGHT DOUGH AND KEEP IT COVER ASIDE FOR SOMETIME
  4. DOUGH IS READY AFTER SOMETIME
  5. PREPARE TENNIS BALL SIZE BALLS FOR PARATHA
  6. DUST IT WITH SOME DRY FLOUR AND PREPARE BIG CHAPATI APPLY SOME OIL ON IT
  7. SPRINKLE SOME DRY FLOUR ON CHAPATI
  8. GIVE MULTIPLE CUTS ON THE CHAPATI
  9. NOW LIGHTLY ROLL CHAPATI INTO A BUNDLE
  10. NOW ROLL IT INTO BALL AGAIN
  11. DUST IT WITH SOME DRY FLOUR AND ROLL OUT PARATHA AGAIN
  12. HEAT TAWA AND PUT PARATHA ON IT AND COOK FROM BOTH SIDES
  13. APPLY SOME OIL ON BOTH SIDES AND COOK BY GENTLE PRESSING TILL IT IS GOLDEN BROWN AND CRISP, READY
