  2. Basmatic rice 1 cup
  3. Raw garam masala few
  4. Onion 1 big
  5. Green chillies 4
  6. Mint leaves
  7. Baby corn
  8. Capsicum
  9. Curd
  10. Salt
  11. Ginger garlic paste
  12. Butter
  13. Oil
  14. Ghee
  15. For kurma
  16. Raw garam masala
  17. Onion
  18. Ginger garlic paste
  19. Green chillies
  20. Mintleaves
  21. Aloo
  22. Peas
  23. Chilli powder
  24. Thaniya powder
  25. Garam masala powder
  26. Salt
  27. Coconut
  28. Cashews
  29. Oil

Instructions

  1. LETS START WITH BABY CORN CAPSICUM PULAO
  2. TAKE A PAN ADD TWO TABLESPOON OIL AND ONE TABLE SPOON GHEE ADD CINNAMON,CLOVES,BAY LEAVES
  3. NOW ADD ONIONS AND FRY TILL SLIGHT GOLDEN BROWN AND ADD GREEN CHILLIES
  4. NOW ADD 2 TEASPOON GINGER GARLIC PASTE
  5. FRY IT AND ADD HAND FULL OF MINT LEAVES
  6. AND NOW ADD BABYCORN ,I TOOK 8 BABY CORN
  7. MEAN WHILE TAKE A SEPERATE PAN ADD SOME BUTTER AND SAUTE THE CAPSICUMAND KEEP ASIDE
  8. NOW BACK THE PULAO MASALA ONCE THR BABYCORN IS FRIED ADD 1 TABLESPOON OF CURD
  9. MIX EVERYTHING TOGETHER AND POUR WATER , I USED 1 AND HALF CUP OF WATER FOR 1 CUP OF RICE
  10. FINALLY ADD REQUIRED SALT FOR THE PULAO
  11. ONCE THE WATER STARTS BOILING ADD THE SOAKED RICE,THE RICE SHOULD BE SOAKED ATLEAST FOR HALF AN HOUR
  12. AND CLOSE THE LID AND GIVE ONE WHISTLE IN MEDIUM FLAME
  13. ONCE THE PRESSURE IS SETTLED DOWN ADD THE FRIED CAPSICUM IN TO THE PULAO AND MIX GENTLY
  14. NOW LETS STARTS WITH POTATO PEAS KURMA
  15. TAKE A PAN OR PRESSURE COOKER ADD 2 TABLESPOON OF OIL AND ADD CINNAMON,CLOVE AND BAY LEAVES
  16. NOW ADD SLICED ONION AND GINGER GARLIC PASTE AND GREEN CHILLIES
  17. NOW ADD MINT LEAVES AND POTATO
  18. FOLLOWED BY POTATO ADD TOMATOES AND STIR NICELY
  19. ADD 1 TABLESPOON CHILLI POWDER ,THANIYA POWDER AND 1/2 GARAM MASALA POWDER
  20. NOW ADD GREEN PEAS,SINCE I USE FROZEN PEAS I ADDED TOWARDS END ,IF U ADD FRESH PEAS ADD IT WITH ALOO
  21. THEN ADD SOME WATER AND BRING IT TO BOIL AND GIVE FOUR WHISTLES
  22. NOW MAKE A PASTE OF COCONUT AND CASHEW, ONCE PRESSURE IS SETTLED ADD COCONUT PASTE AND GIVE ONE BOIL
