Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. potato 3 diced
  2. tomato 1 large chopped
  3. Green peas 1 cup
  4. onion sliced 1 small
  5. Cumin(jeera) 1/2 teaspoon
  6. ginger garlic paste 1/2 teaspoon
  7. turmeric powder 1 teaspoon
  8. Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon
  9. Garam masala powder 1/2 teaspoon
  10. salt to taste
  11. oil
  12. Chopped coriander leaves a sprig
  13. water 1 1/2 cup

Instructions

  1. TAKE A PRESSURE COOKER, HEAT OIL AND PUT ZEERA AND THEN SLICED ONION.
  2. WHEN ONION BECOME GOLDEN, ADD ALL THE SPICES AND CHOPPED TOMATO.
  3. COOK FOR FEW MINUTES AND THEN ADD 1/2 CUP WATER.
  4. ADD GREEN PEAS AND POTATO AND MIX WELL.
  5. NOW ADD SALT AND 1 CUP WATER IN IT.
  6. LEAVE IT FOR A BOIL.
  7. COVER THE LID AND DO TWO WHISTLE AND KEEP FOR FIVE MINUTES ON LOW FLAME.
  8. NOW OPEN THE LID AND TAKE OUT THE CURRY IN A BOWL.
  9. ADD SOME CHOPPED CORIANDER LEAVES AND SERVE HOT WITH RICE
