Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Wheat flour 1 cup
  2. Cabbage 1/2 cup
  3. Capsicum 1/2 cup
  4. Red chilly powder 1 spoon
  5. Turmeric powder 1 spoon
  6. Salt a pinch
  7. Water 1 cup
  8. Cheese (grated)1 cup

Instructions

  1. CHOP VEGETABLES CABBAGE, CAPSICUM ETC
  2. TAKE WHEAT FLOUR
  3. ADD RED CHILLY POWDER, TURMERIC POWDER,SALT,CORIANDER,OIL
  4. BY ADDING WATER KNEAD DOUGH OF IT
  5. ROLL ROTI OF IT AND THEN SPREAD CHEESE
  6. ROAST IT FROM BOTH SIDES ON TAWA
