  1. 3-4,Chicken liver pieces cooked in ginger garlic
  2. 1 small onion chopped
  3. 2 tblspn butter
  4. Onions greens chopped
  5. Salt to taste
  6. 1 tspn pepper
  7. 1tspn 3 spice powder

Instructions

  1. CHOPPED ONION,3PIECES OF CHICKEN LIVER, ONION GREENS,2TBLSPN BUTTER,1TSPN SALT,1TSP PEPPER,1TP3SPICE
  2. HEAT BUTTER IN A SAUCE PAN
  3. AS BUTTER MELTS HEATS UP ADD 1 SMALL ONION CHOPPED TO SAUTE,ADD ONION GREENS CUT TOO
  4. ADD THIS CHICKEN LIVER,WICH IS ALREADY BOILED WITH GINGER GARLIC SALT,CUT INTO PIECES
  5. SAUTE LIVER PIECES IN ONION,AND ADD SALT TO TASTE,1TSP PEPPER POWDER CLOVE, CINNAMON,STAR ANISE,3 SP
  6. COOK SAUTEWELL FOR 5 MINUTES
  7. YOUR LIVER BUTTER PEPPER IS READY TO ENJOY
