  1. One cup suji/semolina/rava
  2. 1/4 th cup vegetable oil
  3. 1/4 th cup water
  4. One cup boiled potatoes
  5. One cup boiled moong dal
  6. One cup soaked urad dal boondi/pakodi
  7. One cup sweet tamarind chutney
  8. One cup mint chutney
  9. Black salt
  10. Red chilli powder
  11. Roasted jeera powder
  12. Normal salt
  13. One cup sweet curd
  14. One cup sev/bhujia
  15. .

Instructions

  1. RAJ KACHORI BY RUCHIAJAY MAHANT
  2. ONE CUP SUJI/RAVA/SEMOLINA
  3. 1/4 TH CUP VEGETABLE OIL
  4. MIX OIL AND SUJI / RAVA
  5. ADD 1/4 TH CUP WATER TO IT IN SMALL PORTIONS AND KNEAD A DOUGH. LET IT REST FOR 20 MINUTES
  6. NOW DIVIDE IT INTO SMALL BALLS AND ROLL DOWN IN SHAPE OF SMALL PURI.
  7. FRY THEM IN OIL AT MEDIUM FLAME FROM BOTH SIDES UNTIL ITS CRISPY AND GOLDEN.TAKE THEM OUT ON NAPKIN
  8. LET THEM COOL FOR 2 HOURS.THEY WILL GET MORE CRISP
  9. FOR FILLING : SWEET TAMARIND AND MINT CHUTNEY THICK SWEET CURD BOILED POTATOES/MOONG DAL BOILED
  10. MAKE A HOLE IN CENTRE ADD POTATO/MOONGDAL/URAD DAL BOONDI SPRINKLE RED CHILLI POWDER,BLACK SALT
  11. ADD MORE SOAKED URAD DAL BONDI,ADD JEERA POWDER BOTH CHUTNEYS,CURD AGAIN REPEAT PROCESS
  12. ONCE AGAIN ADD CURD, SWEET TAMARIND CHUTNEY,GREEN CHUTNEY
  13. FINALLY SPRINKLE SOME SEV /BHUJIA.IF WISH CAN SPRINKLE SOME MORE SALT,CHILLI,JEERA POWDER
