Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Mill 1/2 ltr
  2. Foxnut(makhana) 1 cup
  3. Rose buds 10 to 12
  4. Sugar 4 tbsp
  5. Pachi pwdr of 4 pods
  6. Few krsar strands

Instructions

  1. HEAT 1 TSP GHEE, ADD 1 CUP FOX NUTS ( MAKHANE )
  2. SAUTE UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN
  3. COOL A LITTLE, ADD TO A MIXER JAR WITH 10-12 DRIED ROSE BUDS, GRIND TILL SMOOTH
  4. MAKE A FINE POWDER LIKE THIS, SET ASIDE
  5. HEAT 500 ML MILK, ADD 4 CRUSHED GREEN CARDAMOMS
  6. ADD A FEW SAFFRON STRANDS, 4 TBSP SUGAR, BRING TO A BOIL
  7. ADD THE READY FOX NUT POWDER
  8. STIR & SIMMER UNTIL THICK
  9. THE KHEER IS READY, SERVE HOT OR COLD AS PER YOUR PREFERENCE
