Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Moong dal 1/2 cup
  2. Chana dal 1/2 cup
  3. jowar flour 1/4 cup
  4. Dil leaves chopped 1 cup
  5. cabbage chopped 1 cup
  6. salt to taste
  7. chilli powder 1 tsp
  8. Cooking oil 1/2 ltr

Instructions

  1. HALF AN HOUR SOAKED MOONG DAL
  2. HALF AN HOUR SOAKED CHANA DAL
  3. GRIND COARSELY WITHOUT WATER
  4. TRANSFER INTO A MIXING BOWL
  5. FINELY CHOPPED DILL LEAVES
  6. CABBAGE
  7. ADD CHILLI POWDER, SALT TO TASTE
  8. MIX WELL
  9. ADD JOWAR FLOUR AND AGAIN MIX IT
  10. MAKE LEMON SIZED BALLS, JUST PAT IT AND KEEP READY
  11. DEEP FRY IN HOT OIL
  12. FLIP AND FRY AFTER TWO MINUTES IN MEDIUM FLAME
  13. FRY UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN, REMOVE ON KITCHEN TOWEL AND SERVE
