Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. paneer - 1 cup
  2. Cream - 1/4 th cup
  3. Red chilly powder - 1 tsp
  4. Garlic ginger paste - 1 tsp
  5. Tomato & green chilly paste - 1/2 cup
  6. Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
  7. Salt
  8. Oil
  9. asafoetida - 1/4 th tsp
  10. fenugreek leaves - 3 tbsp

Instructions

  1. FIRST ADD OIL IN KADAI WITH HEENG
  2. STIR AND SAUTE
  3. NOW ADD THE TOMATO PASTE, GINGER GARLIC PASTE
  4. NOW ADD ALL SPICES ,SALT AND SAUTE WELL
  5. ADD PANEER AND MIX. THEN ADD THE CREAM.
  6. ADD THE FENUGREEK LEAVES AND MIX WELL.
  7. CHECK FOR SEASONING, AND SERVE.
