Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. For chocolate milk Kalakand
  2. For milk Kalakand
  3. Milk powder 1/2 cup
  4. Cardamom powder 1 teaspoon
  5. Condensed milk 100 ml/1/2 cup
  6. Full fat milk 1/2 cup
  7. Ghee 2 tablespoon
  8. For chocolate layer Kalakand
  9. Milk powder 1/2 cup
  10. Cocoa powder 2 tablespoon
  11. Milk 1/2 cup
  12. Ghee 2 tablespoon
  13. Vanilla essence 1 teaspoon
  14. For garnishing
  15. Almonds chopped 1 fistful
  16. Pistachios sliced 8 to 10

Instructions

  1. FOR WHITE LAYER KALAKAND INGREDIENTS GHEE 2 TBSP MILK POWDER 1/2 CUP FULL FAT MILK 1/2 CUP GHEE 2 TBSP CARDAMOM POWDER 1 TSP CONDENSED MILK 100 ML
  2. In a bowl add milk powder
  3. Add condensed milk
  4. Add ghee
  5. Add milk
  6. Heat a sauce pan and add milk powder mixture
  7. Keep stirring continiously as condensed milk starts thickens fast
  8. Add cardamom powder and mix well
  9. Wait till the mixture turns thicks and leaves the sides of the pan
  10. Pour the mixture to the greased pan and flat the surface with the spatula.
  11. FOR CHOCOLATE KALAKAND LAYER In a bowl add 1/2 cup milk powder
  12. Add 2 tablespoon of cocoa powder
  13. Add vanilla essence
  14. Add 100 ml condensed milk and mix well
  15. Add 1/2 cup milk and 2 tablespoon ghee
  16. Heat a non stick pan and pour the chocolate kalakand mixture and mix thoroughly
  17. Keep stirring till the mixture gets thicken
  18. Let the mixture gets thicken .Switch off the flame and let it cool
  19. Spread chocolate kalakand layer on milk kalakand layer. Garnish it with sliced almonds and pistachios. Keep it in the fridge for 15 minutes. After 15 minute cut it in your desired shape.
