Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Hakka noodles - 200 gms
  2. Chopped ginger - 1 tsp
  3. Chopped garlic - 2 tsp
  4. Capsicum - 1 thinly sliced
  5. Grated Carrot - 1
  6. salt to taste
  7. 1 tsp Pepper
  8. 1 tsp Soy Sauce
  9. 2 tbsp Tomato Sauce
  10. 2 tbsp Chili sauce

Instructions

  1. BOIL 1 LITRE WATER WITH 1 TSP SALT AND 1 TBSP OIL
  2. ADD 200 GMS NOODLES, COOK FOR 3 MINS
  3. ADD COLD WATER, DRAIN EXCESS WATER, KEEP ASIDE
  4. FRY 1 TSP GINGER, 2 TSP GARLIC IN 2 TBSP HOT OIL
  5. ADD CARROT, CAPSICUM AND STIR WELL
  6. ADD SALT, 1 TSP PEPPER, BOILED NOODLES
  7. ADD 1 TSP SOYA SAUCE
  8. ADD 2 TBSP TOMATO SAUCE, 2 TBSP CHILI SAUCE
  9. TOSS WELL AND COOK FOR 2 MINS
  10. SERVE HOT
