Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. rice 1 1/4 cup
  2. Green moong dal 1/2 cup
  3. Yellow moong dal 1/8 cup
  4. Green chilli chopped 1 tbsp
  5. clove 4 piece
  6. 1/2cup milk
  7. 5/6cups water
  8. 2tbsp ghee
  9. 1tbsp suger
  10. 1 tsp turmeric
  11. salt to taste
  12. 2bay leaf
  13. Black pepper 8/10 piece
  14. cardamom 4 piece

Instructions

  1. HEAT PAN ADD 2 TBSP GHEE
  2. ADD CLOVE 4,CARDAMOM 4,PEPPER8/10.
  3. ADD 2 BAY LEAF 1 TBSP GREEN CHILLI.
  4. ADD WASHED RICE 1 1/4 CUP,CRACKED GREEN MOONG DAL 1/2 CUP,YELLOW MOONG DAL 1/8 CUP.
  5. STIR FOR 5 MINUTES
  6. ADD SALT,1TSP TURMERIC,1 TBSP SUGAR.
  7. ADD 5/6 CUPS WATER
  8. MIX IT WELL.
  9. LOW THE FLAME AND COVER IT .COOK FOR 15 MINUTES.
  10. OPEN THE LID .RICE AND DALS ARE PERFECTLY COOKED.
  11. ADD 1/2CUP MILK.
  12. MIX WELL.NOW OFF THE FLAME.
  13. SERVE HOT.
