ABOUT Cheese Egg Dosa RECIPE

The famous South Indian crepe Dosa made of fermented rice and lentils batter, egg and loaded with cheese.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Dosa batter - 1 cup
  2. egg - 2
  3. Mozzarella cheese - ½ cup
  4. Pizza sauce - 2 tbsp
  5. ghee - 2 tbsps to grease the pan and drizzlen dosa

Instructions

  1. GREASE HOT TAVA WITH GHEE
  2. POUR 2 LADLES OF READY DOSA BATTER
  3. SPREAD THE BATTER FROM CENTER TOWARDS THE EDGES OF THE TAVA LIKE THIS
  4. DRIZZLE GHEE ON THE TOP AND ON THE EDGES
  5. BREAK 1 EGG, WHISK AND SPREAD OVER THE DOSA
  6. SPREAD 1 TBSP PIZZA SAUCE
  7. SPRINKLE 2-3 TBSP GRATED CHEESE ON TOP
  8. COVER & COOK ON MEDIUM HEAT TILL THE CHEESE MELTS
  9. REMOVE ON SERVING PLATE
