  1. 2 left over phulka
  2. 1 boiled potato
  3. Green chilli - 2
  4. Chopped ginger - 1 tbsp
  5. Coriander leaves
  6. Salt
  7. 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
  8. Haldi [turmeric powder] - 1/2 tsp
  9. salt
  10. 1 tsp imli [tamarind] chutney
  11. 1/2 tsp Chaat masala
  12. 1/2 tsp garam masala
  13. 2 tbsp besan
  14. Salt
  15. Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
  16. Water
  17. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. MASH POTATO
  2. HEAT OIL
  3. ADD JEERA, RAI AND HING
  4. ADD POTATO IN OIL
  5. ADD HALDI RED CHILLI AND SALT AND IMLI CHAAT
  6. ADD GREEN CHILLI, AND CORIANDER LEAVES
  7. AND CHAAT MASALAAND GARAM MASALA
  8. NOW TAKE A BOWL AND ADD BESAN SALT AND RED CHILLI
  9. TAKE PHULKA AND FILL STUFFING IN CENTER
  10. FOLD IT FROM ALL FOUR SIDES AND MAKE SQUARE
  11. ADD WATER IN BESAN AND MAKE A BATTER
  12. NOW HEAT OIL FOR FRYING DIP PHULKA SQUARE IN BESAN AND FRY
  13. FRY TILL CRISPY AND BROWN
  14. OUR PHULKA PAKORAS ARE READY
  15. CUT THEM IN TRAINGLEAND SERVE WITH GREEN CHUTNEY
  16. ENJOY TASTY PAKORAS
