  2. Sooji 1/2cup
  3. 1grated carrot
  4. 2tablespoon oil
  5. 1 teaspoon urad dal
  6. 1 teaspoon Chana dal
  7. 1 teaspoon masturd
  8. 1 teaspoon cumin
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Chopped coriander 2tablespoon n
  11. 1cup curd
  12. Water as required
  13. Eno 1 teaspoon
  14. 1 tablespoon oil for greasing
  15. 20cashew

Instructions

  1. ADD ONE CUP OATS IN A PAN
  2. ROAST IT ON MEDIUM FLAME
  3. TRANSFER IN A BOWL FOR COOLING
  4. GRIND COARSELY
  5. HEAT OIL IN A PAN, CRACKLE CUMIN, MUSTARD, GRAM DAL, URAD DAL
  6. ROAST LITTLE
  7. ADD GRATED CARROT
  8. SAUTE LITTLE
  9. ADD 1/2 CUP SOOJI
  10. SAUTE TILL FRAGRANCE
  11. TRANSFER IN A PLATE FOR COOLING
  12. AFTER COOLING IT TRANSFER IN A BIG BOWL
  13. ADD 1/2 CUP CURD AND COARSELY GRINDER OATS
  14. ADD CORIANDER AND SALT
  15. ADD SOME WATER
  16. ADD SOME MORE WATER TO MAKE A SMOOTH BATTER
  17. ADD 1 TEASPOON ENO IN IT
  18. GREASE IDLI PLATES AND PLACE A CASHEW ON IT
  19. FILL BATTER
  20. PLACE IN IDLI COOKER
  21. STEAM FOR 10MINUTES
