Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1/2 cup leftover pulav
  2. 1/2 cup leftover any subzi ( i use cabbage subzi)
  3. 1 tbsp cornflour
  4. 1 medium onion chopped
  5. 1/2 tsp red chilly powder
  6. 1/2 tsp cumin
  7. 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Handful corrinder leaves
  10. Oil for shallow fry

Instructions

  1. 1/2 CUP LEFTOVER PULAV
  2. ADD 1/2 CUP LEFTOVER SUBZI
  3. 1 FINELY CHOPPED ONION
  4. 1 TBSP CORNFLOUR
  5. 1/2 TSP RED CHILLY POWDER
  6. 1/4 TSP TURMERIC POWDER
  7. SALT TO TASTE
  8. 1/2 TSP CUMIN
  9. HANDFUL CORRIENDER LEAVES
  10. MIX TOGETHER
  11. MAKE A DOUGH
  12. TAKE SMALL PORTION
  13. MAKE TIKKIS
  14. ROLL INTO DRY CORN FLOUR
  15. PLACE ON A HOT TAWA
  16. BRUSH WITH OIL
  17. ROAST FROM BOTH SIDES
  18. TAKE OUT ON A KITCHEN NAPKIN AND SERVE HOT WITH KETCHUP
