  1. 2 cup biryani
  2. 1 green chilli
  3. 1 big boiled potato
  4. Coriander leaves
  5. 1 cup thick curd
  6. Imli chutney
  7. Green chutney
  8. Sev bhujiya
  9. Fried masala channa daal
  10. Pomegranate seeds
  11. Coriander leaves
  12. Salt
  13. Red chilli powder
  14. Jeera powder

Instructions

  1. TAKE BIRYANI IN BOWL AND ADD POTATO
  2. ADD CHILLI AND CORIANDER LEAVES AND MASH RICE AND POTATO
  3. MIX ALL OF THEM AND MAKES BALLS
  4. GREASE TRAY AND MAKE ALL BALLS
  5. WE ARE NOT FRYING DAHIWADA BUT WILL STEAM THEM
  6. STEAM THEM IN STEAMER FOR 15 MIN.
  7. OUR STEAMED BIRYANI DAHIWADA ARE READY
  8. TAKE SUPPLIMENTS LIKE CURD, CHUTNEY
  9. POMEGRANATE PEARLS,SEV BHUJIYA,CHANNA DAAL
  10. TAKE WADA IN PPLATE AND ADD CURD, CHUTNEIES AND CHANNA DAAL
  11. SPRINKLE SALT,RED CHILLI POWDER AND JEERA POWDER.GARNISH WITH CORIANDER LEAVES AND SEV BHUJIYA LASTLY ADD POMEGRANATE PEARLS
