ABOUT Bread Kachori RECIPE

2 days left over bread in fridge would expire after 3 rd day,used well make this wow kachori.I had some baby potatoes left over from my dum aloo curry ,i washed and kept ,added green peas and masalas to taste.This lovely bread kachri gave the hard bread a new look with heavenly taste at tea .

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. 4 browd bread slices leftover
  2. 3 to 4 boiled potatoes left over in fridge
  3. 1/2cup frozen peas
  4. salt to taste
  5. 1 tspn red chilli powder
  6. 1 tspn Chaat masala
  7. 1/2 tspn Garam masala
  8. oil to deep fry

Instructions

  1. ARRANGE ALL INGREDIENTS
  2. CUT OUT CIRCLES OF BREAD SLICES WITH ANY SEMI SHARP LID
  3. NOW MASH BOIL BABY POTATOES ,LET OVER FROM MY DUM AALOO DISH
  4. ADD FROZEN WASHED PEAS TO THE POTATOES
  5. ADD SALT TO THE POTATO AND PEAS MIX ALSO ADD 1TSPN EACH OF ALL DRY SPICES HERE
  6. LAST ADD THE RED CHILLI POWDER AND MIX WELL
  7. NOW START WETTING BREAD CIRCLES IN SOME WATER JUST A DIP AND OUT
  8. SQUEEZE WATER OUT OF THE BREAD CIRCLES WELL AND ADD THE POTATOES PEAS MASALA MIX
  9. KEEP FILLING ON ONE CIRCLE OF BREAD ,CLOSE WITH OTHER BREAD CIRCLE ,FIRMING A KACHORI
  10. THIS IS YOUR KACHORI READY TO FRY
  11. HEAT OIL ENOUGH TO DEEP FRY THESE KACHORIS
  12. FRY GOLDEN BROWN ON BOTH SIDE
  13. YOUR FRIED KACHORIS ARE READY TO SERVE ,CUT INTO HALF TO SERVE
