Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup leftover upma
  2. 1/2cup potato sabji or boiled potato
  3. Chopped green corriander
  4. Chopped green chillies
  5. 2 table spoon + water slurry
  6. Salt pepper to taste
  7. 1 cup oats

Instructions

  1. LEFT OVER UPMA &LEFT OVER POTATO SABJI
  2. MASH UPMA AND POTATO SABJI TOGETHER
  3. ADD GREEN CORRIANDER ANG CHOPPED GREEN CHILLIES
  4. TAKE LEMON SIZE BALL FROM MIXTURE AND FLATTEN THEM
  5. MAKE ALL CUTLETS
  6. MIX 2 TABLE SPOON MAIDA AND 1/4CUP WATER IN A BOWL ADD SALT AND BLACK PEPPER
  7. DIP UPMA CUTLETS IN THE MAIDA SLURRY AND ROLL IN THE OATS
  8. MAKE ALL CUTLETS LIKE THIS
  9. KEEP ASIDE FOR 10 MINUTES.
  10. FRY IN HOT OIL
  11. FRY TILL GOLDEN AND CRISP
  12. SERVE WITH YOUR FAVOURITE SAUCE
