  1. Idli rava 2 cups
  2. Carrot grated 2
  3. Coriander leaves finely chopped
  4. Green chilli deseeded finely chopped
  5. Hing
  6. Salt
  7. Water 5 Cups
  8. For Seasoning
  9. Coconut oil
  10. Mustard 1/2 TSP
  11. Jeera 1/2 tsp

Instructions

  1. ADD COCONUT OIL IN KADAI. ADD MUSTARD. WHEN IT CRACKS ADD 1/2 TSP JEERA
  2. ADD FINELY CHOPPED DESEEDED GREEN CHILLI
  3. ADD 2 GRATED CARROT. SAUTE
  4. ADD 1/2 TSP HING
  5. ADD FINELY CHOPPED CORIANDER LEAVES. SAUTE
  6. ADD 2 CUPS IDLI RAVA AND SALT AS PER YOUR TASTE
  7. SAUTE FOR 5 MINUTES ON LOW FLAME AND TURN OFF THE FLAME
  8. ADD 5 CUPS OF WATER AND REST FOR 5 MINUTES
  9. IDLI RAVA ABSORBS WATER
  10. POUR BATTER IN IDLI MOULDS
  11. STEAM COOK FOR 10-15 MINUTES ON MEDIUM FLAME. RESTING TIME 10 MINUTES
  12. HEALTHY SOFT IDLIES READY TO SERVE
