Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 cups grated bottle gourd (doodhi / lauki)
  2. 1/2 cup whole wheat flour (gehun ka atta)

Instructions

  1. SQUEEZE OUT EXCESS WATER FROM THE GRATED BOTTLE GOURD AND KEEP THE LIQUID ASIDE TO KNEAD THE DOUGH IF REQUIRED.
  2. ADD SUGAR, FANGRUIK LEAVES AND LEMON JUS
  3. ADD BESAN AND MILIAT FLOOR
  4. ADD SALT, RED CHILI POWDER, TURMERIC POWDER
  5. THANK MIX WELLMIX WELL AND KNEAD INTO A SOFT DOUGH ADDING WATER IF REQUIRED
  6. APPLY OIL ON YOUR HANDS AND DIVIDE THE MIXTURE INTO 5 EQUAL PORTIONS
  7. ARRANGE THE ROLLS ON A GREASED SIEVE AND STEAM IN A STEAMER FOR 20 TO 25 MINUTES
  8. FOR THE TEMPERING, HEAT THE REMAINING 2 TSP OF OIL IN A NON-STICK KADHAI AND ADD THE MUSTARD SEEDS.ADD THE MUTHIA PIECES
