Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Asefotidia 1 pinch
  2. Cumin 1 tsp
  3. Fenugreek seeds 1/2 tsp
  4. Turmeric powder 1/2tsp
  5. Kasurimethi 1tsp
  6. Coriender powder 1 tsp
  7. Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  8. Boiled potatoes 4
  9. Tomatoes 3
  10. Ginger 1"piece
  11. Turmeric 2"piece
  12. Green Chillies 2
  13. Garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
  14. Oil 3-4tbsp
  15. Salt to taste
  16. Peas 1/2 cup
  17. Fresh Chopped coriender 2tbsp

Instructions

  1. CHOP TOMATOES, GINGER,GREEN CHILLIES AND FRESH TURMERIC.
  2. BLEND ALL.
  3. KEEP OUT ALL SPICES.
  4. BOIL PEAS AND STRAIN .
  5. ADD ASEFOTIDIA IN HOT OIL.
  6. ADD ALL SPICES AND MIX WELL.
  7. ADD TOMATO PASTE AND COOK TILL IT START LEAVING OIL.
  8. WHEN IT STARTS LEAVING OIL ADD BOILED AND MESHED POTATOES.
  9. ADD WATER AND COOK TILL IT START BOILING.
  10. ADD GARAM MASALA POWDER AND SPLITED GREEN CHILLIES.
  11. ADD BOILED PEAS AND COOK FOR SOMETIME ON A LOW FLAME.
  12. GARNISH WITH FRESH CHOPPED CORIENDER BEFORE SERVING.
