Indo chinese tikki is my innovation dish, its a very tasty starter, this is fusion of Indo means India outer filling potatoes and green peas etc...chinese is base of vegetables so let see how to make Indo Chinese Tikki

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Chinese stuff
  2. capsicum julienne cut 1/2 cup
  3. carrot julienne cut 1/2 cup
  4. cabbage julienne cut 1/2 cup
  5. Green chilli 1 no
  6. garlic fine chopped 2 tbsp
  7. ginger fine chopped 2 tbsp
  8. Red chilli sauce 1 tsp
  9. Soya sauce 1 tsp
  10. tomato ktchup 1 tsp
  11. White vinegar 1 tsp
  12. salt to adjust
  13. Outer filling
  14. Boiled potatoes 2 big
  15. Boiled green peas 1/2 cup
  16. Red chilli chopped 1 no
  17. Coriender leaves 1 tbsp
  18. Black pepper 1 tsp
  19. corn starch 1 tbsp
  20. salt to adjust
  21. Bread crumbs 1/2 cup
  22. oil for shallow fry

Instructions

  1. ALL INGREDIENTS
  2. CAPSICUM-CARROT- CABBAGE-GREEN CHILLI-GINGER-GARLIC CHILLI-SOYA-TOMATO SAUCE-VINEGAR
  3. BOILED POTATO AND GREEN PEAS - CORIENDER LEAVES - RED CHILLI - BLACK PEPPAR - SALT - CORN STARCH
  4. BREAD CRUMBS
  5. TAKE PAN ADD OIL
  6. ADD CHOPPED GARLIC
  7. SAUTE
  8. ADD CHOPPED GINGER
  9. SAUTE WELL
  10. NOW ADD GREEN CHILLI - SOYA -CHILLI- TOMATO SAUCE - VINEGAR
  11. MIX WELL
  12. ADD CARROT - CAPSICUM
  13. SAUTE WELL
  14. TOSS
  15. ADD CABBAGE MIX TOGETHER
  16. MIX WELL
  17. TOSS VEGETABLES
  18. MIX WELL
  19. REMOVE IN PLATE
  20. READY CHINESE STUFF
  21. TAKE BOILED POTATO AND GREEN PEAS
  22. MASH IT
  23. ADD RED CHILLI - BLACK PEPPAR - CORIENDER LEAVES - SALT - CORN STARCH
  24. MIX WITH SPOON MAKE NICE MIXTURE
  25. NOW TAKE POTATO MIXTURE MAKE BALL
  26. MAKE FLAT
  27. STUFF IN CHINESE MIXTURE
  28. CLOSE AND MAKE ROUND
  29. MAKE TIKKI
  30. MAKE ROUND SHAPE COAT WITH BREAD CRUMS
  31. MAKE ALL STUFFED TIKKIES
  32. NOW TAKE PAN ADD OIL
  33. SPREAD ALL SIDE PAN
  34. PUT IN TIKKI ONE BY ONE
  35. MAKE SHALLOW FRY EACH SIDE 4 TO 5 MIN ON MEDIUM FLAME
  36. TURN IT
  37. FRY BECOME LIGHT BROWN COLOUR OF BOTH SIDE
  38. REMOVE IN PLATE
