ABOUT Quick Tomato Rasam RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Chopped tomato 1 cup
  2. Water 3 cup
  3. Salt 1 tsp
  4. Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  5. Ginger 1/2"
  6. Jaggery syrup 1 -2 tsp
  7. For tempering...
  8. Mustard seeds 1/4 tsp
  9. Cooking oil 1 tsp
  10. Red chilli 1 broken
  11. Curry leaves few

Instructions

  1. HEAT OIL, ADD MUSTARD SEEDS AND RED CHILLI, LET IT SPLUTTER
  2. ADD CURRY LEAVES AND CHOPPED TOMATOES
  3. ADD OIL, BRING IT TO BOIL
  4. MASHED GINGER, SALT
  5. PEPPER POWDER, JAGGERY SYRUP
  6. LET IT FOR 2 MINUTES, TURN OFF THE FLAME AND SERVE
