ABOUT Sindhi special breakfast koki RECIPE

Its wholesome , heavy tasty breakfast. This is my mom's recipe and I absolutely love it.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Atta [wheat flour] 2 bowl
  2. Oil
  3. Red chilly powder - 1 tsp
  4. Salt
  5. Onion 1
  6. Coriander leaves
  7. Water

Instructions

  1. MIX ALL THE INGREDIENTS TOGETHER, KNEAD A SEMI SOFT DOUGH WITH REQUIRED AMOUNT OF WATER. REST THE DOUGH FOR 10 MINUTES.
  2. ROLL OUT FAT PARATHAS OUT OF THE DOUGH.
  3. ROAST THEM ON A HOT TAWA, ADD LITTLE GHEE OR OIL AND FRY THEM ON BOTH SIDES.
