  1. Grated coconut 1 cup
  2. Paneer pieces 10 number
  3. Tomato 2 number
  4. Drumstick 1 number
  5. Fenugreek seed 1/4 teaspoon
  6. Curry leaves
  7. Ginger 1/2 inch piece
  8. Shallots 3 numbers
  9. Tamarind a pinch
  10. Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
  11. Green chillies 3 number
  12. Coriander powder1 teaspoon
  13. Red chilly powder 2teaspoon

Instructions

  1. COCONUT 1 CUP GINGER 1/2 INCH SHALLOTS 3 GREEN CHILLIES 3 CHILLY AND CORIANDER TURMERIC TAMARIND
  2. GRIND INTO SMOOTH PASTE
  3. CUT PANEER
  4. ROAST BOTH SIDES TILL GOLDEN
  5. IN A PAN ADD OIL FENUGREEK SEED AND CURRY LEAVES
  6. POUR GROUND PASTE WITH WATER
  7. ADD SALT AND DRUMSTICKS
  8. COOK TILL VEGETABLES ARE SOFT
  9. ADD TOMATO AND FRIED PANEER
  10. MASH SOME TOMATOES WITH SPOON
  11. READY
