ABOUT beetroot n broccoli cutlets RECIPE

This is a such a healthy starter for everyone, filled with the goodness of broccoli and sweet potatoes, and not a drop of oil used. A perfect dinner party starter even for health conscious people.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 2 boil and mashed sweet potato
  2. 1 small head of broccoli chopped finely
  3. 1 medium onion chopped into small pieces
  4. coriander 2 spoons finely chopped
  5. chilies 2-3 chopped
  6. salt as per taste
  7. black pepper 1/2 teaspoon
  8. chat masala 1/2 teaspoon
  9. jeera Powder ( cumin powder)1/2 teaspoon
  10. lemon juice 1 full
  11. black salt as per taste
  12. for coating:
  13. 1 spoon cornflour
  14. 4 spoon oats( which I have grind in food process)
  15. Water for making paste

Instructions

  1. Boil the sweet potato and mashed it, grate the broccoli( I have used my food process)
  2. Take a mixing bowl put mashed potato, broccoli, onions, coriander,chili, salt, chat masala, jeera powder,black salt, black pepper, lemon juice and mix well and combine
  3. Now make tikki and keep, make a cornflour paste, and take oats in one plate. Now take the tiki dip in flour paste then coat it with oats.
  4. Take a baking tray put butter paper and place the tikki and bake in pre heat oven at 200 degree celsius for 10 - 15 mins...
  5. enjoy the zero oil cutlets
