ABOUT Bhindi pakora RECIPE

Its tasty and yummy snack. My kid used to love the crispy texture with tangy sprinkle of chat masala over it. I recommend to deep fry pakora in groundnut oil it adds wonderful flavour and taste to the dish. Adding water to pakora will leave the ladies finger soggy very soon. Adding curd as a binding agent keeps the pakora crispy.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Ladies finger 100gms
  2. Gram flour 1 1/2 tbsp
  3. Chilly powder 1 tsp
  4. Rice flour 2tbsp
  5. Curd 1 tbsp
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Chat masala 1/2tsp
  8. Groundnut oil to fry


  1. Chop the ladies finger 1/2 inch size.
  2. In a bowl add gram flour, chilly powder, salt, rice flour and curd. Mix well, to this add chopped ladies ginger and mix it.
  3. Heat the oil in a pan and deep fry the pakoras well.
  4. Sprinkle some chat masala over and serve hot.
