Paneer cutlet

Ingredients to make Paneer cutlet

  • paneer -100g
  • potato-1
  • onion - 1 finely chopped
  • Green chilli-1
  • capsicum -1/2 finely chopped
  • carrot - 1 finely chopped
  • cabbage - 1/2 cup finely chopped
  • ginger - 1 inch finely chopped
  • Garam masala -1 teaspoon
  • Chat masala - 1 teaspoon
  • salt
  • coriander leaves
  • Basin flour- 2 table spoon
  • Cornflour-1 spoon
  • Bread crumbs

How to make Paneer cutlet

  1. Grate the panner and put it in the cotton cloth
  2. In a pan, add one spoon oil and saute the finely chopped vegetables ginger, onion, green chilli, cabbage, carrot, capsicum and saute for 5 minutes
  3. In a bowl add paneer with boiled smashed potato, sauted vegetables,salt, garam masala,chat masala, cornflour, corriander leaves and blend it well
  4. Add water with basin flour and make it a thick batter
  5. Shape the cutlet mixture and dip it in the basin batter
  6. Put it in the bread crumbs nicely
  7. Deep fry it in the hot oil
  8. Enjoy the golden crispy cutlet with tomato sauce
