Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2.5 cup White Gram
  2. Oil for frying
  3. 3 cup yogurt
  4. 1 pomegrante
  5. 1/2 cup mix dry fruits
  6. 1/2 cup jaggery
  7. 1/4 cup tamrind paste
  8. 1/2 cup water
  9. Salt to taste
  10. 1 tsp cumin powder
  11. 1 tsp black salt
  12. 1 tsp ginger juliens
  13. 1 tsp chaat masala powder
  14. 1 tsp red chilli powder

Instructions

  1. Soak white gram dal overnight in water then grind in smooth paste and add salt to taste and keep it for 2 hours.
  2. Heat oil in medium flame and deep fry small portions of white gram mixture till golden and crisp then stuff it with mix dry fruits.
  3. Take a bowl add yogurt and whisk it to avoid lumps..
  4. Heat pan add water to boil then add jaggery and tamrind pulp and cook it till it thicken then add ginger julliens ,cumin powder, red chilli powder and black salt and mix it well your Tamrind chuttney iams ready and let it cool.
  5. Soak Fried crisp in normal water for 10 min before serving.
  6. Now plate Soaked white gram crisp , First pour churned yogurt on top then garnish with tamrind chuttney ,pomegrante seeds,mint leaves and dry fruits and sprinkle sev and chaat masala on top..
