  1. 1 kg ramkela mango
  2. 1 cup White vinegar
  3. 600 sugar
  4. 10 grams methi dana
  5. 10 grams Moti saunf
  6. Teen Char badi elaichi
  7. one service spoon salt
  8. one spoon deggi mirch
  9. one spoon kali mirch powder


  1. watch the mangoes and peel it off
  2. cut the mangoes with guthli
  3. in the pressure cooker put all the mangoes and vinegar
  4. switch off the gas after two whistles
  5. now take it out in heavy bottom kadai
  6. now add sugar badi elaichi methi dana song and cook it
  7. after 15 minutes add salt and Degi mirch and kali mirch powder
  8. now all cooked it almost for one and half hour until it becomes thick
  9. store it in air tight jar you can store it for 1 year almost
