Mugalai parantha is royal parantha with lot of vegetables and butter.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1 cup Flour
  2. 1 tsp Salt
  3. 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
  4. 1/2 cup butter for parantha
  5. 1 boiled potato
  6. 1/4 cup Peas
  7. 2 tbsp grated cabbage
  8. 2 tbsp grated carrot
  9. 1/2 cup onion
  10. 1 cup crumbled paneer
  11. 2 cloves of garlic
  12. 1 tsp Ginger paste
  13. 1 green chilli
  14. Coriander leaves
  15. salt as per taste
  16. 1/2 tsp haldi
  17. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  18. 1/2 tsp chaat masala
  19. 1/2 tsp jeera powder
  20. 1/2 tsp garam masala
  21. 4 curry leaves
  22. Coriander leaves

Instructions

  1. Take flour,salt in a bowl
  2. Add 1 tbsp melted butter and baking soda
  3. Make a soft dough
  4. Heat oil add jeera
  5. Add garlic and onion
  6. Saute them add ginger and chilli
  7. Now add all vegetables and cook them
  8. Add all spices and mix all of them
  9. Take a ball of dough and roll down
  10. Spread filling in center
  11. And fold all sides and cover stuffing
  12. Then roll down with light hand this square parantha
  13. Heat tawa and add butter
  14. Cook parantha from both sides
  15. Cut from middle and serve with pickle,chutney and curd
