Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Chana saag leaves 500 gram
  2. tomatoes 2 pieces
  3. Ginger 1 inch
  4. Green chillies 2
  5. Curd 2 tablespoons
  6. Gram flour 2 tablespoons
  7. Pure ghee 2 tablespoons
  8. Cumin seeds 1 teaspoon
  9. Asoefodia 1/4 teaspoon
  10. Salt to taste
  11. Red pepper powder 1 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Wash and clean the leaves
  2. Boil along with tomatoes, green chillies and ginger adding 1 cup water for 5 minutes
  3. Grind it when cool down
  4. Now put a pan on medium heat
  5. Add ghee in it
  6. Add asoefodia and cumin seeds
  7. Add grinded saag
  8. Add salt and pepper powder
  9. Add gram flour mixed in curd
  10. Keep stirring
  11. Cook for 10 minutes on slow flame
  12. Turn off the flame Serve hot with bajre and makki ki roti
