Crush cashew in mixture jar.
Take suger and and water. Make 1 string sugar syrup.
Now add cashew powader in sugar syrup and mix it.
After it pour ghee slowly slowly (how to pour ghee in it is show in photo). Don't pour ghee in bulk. Pour 1-1 spoon. While pouring ghee continue stir cashew mixture.
Let separate ghee from mixture.
After let it boil and immediately stir it. (Repete this process for another 3 times).
Now immediate pour mixture in plate and cover with another plate for 2 minutes. Don't spread it.
Now Sprinkal cardom powader and let it cool.
Now cut it your favorite shape and serve it.
