Ingredients to make Indian Borage Pancake

  • Dosa rice 1 cup
  • Cooked rice 1 cup
  • fenugreek seeds 2 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • water 2-3 cup
  • Indian borage leaves 10
  • Cooking oil 1/4 cup
  • jeera 1 tsp

How to make Indian Borage Pancake

  1. 4 HOURS SOAKED RICE 1 CUP, COOKED RICE 1 CUP
  2. 4 HOURS SOAKED FENUGREEK SEEDS
  3. ADD SALT TO TASTE, SUFFICIENT WATER AND INDIAN BORAGE LEAVES 10
  4. GRIND UNTIL SMOOTH
  5. INBETWEEN IF ESSENTIAL ADD SOME MORE WATER
  6. TRANSFER INTO A VESSEL, COVER AND KEEP ASIDE FOR FERMENTATION OVERNIGHT
  7. CHECK THE FERMENTATION, ADD JEERA 1 TSP, MIX WELL
  8. GREASE TAVA, ADD LADDLE FULL OF BATTER, DON'T SPREAD, COVER AND COOK IN MEDIUM FLAME FOR 3 MINUTES
  9. DRIZZLE SOME OIL
  10. FLIP AND COOK FOR 2 MINUTES
  11. REMOVE INDIAN BORAGE PANCAKE AND SERVE IN HOT
