using leftover mushroom curry ( Tamil Nadu style)

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. mushroom 1 pocket
  2. finely chopped onion 2
  3. finely chopped tomatoes 2
  4. ginger garlic pepper paste
  5. cumin, fennel, bay leaf
  6. salt, oil
  7. curry leaves, coriander leaves
  8. coriander powder, turmeric powder, chilly powder
  9. dosa batter


  1. gravy : 1st heat oil in a kadaai
  2. add fennel, bay leaf, cumin
  3. then add onion
  4. then add ginger garlic pepper paste
  5. then add tomatoes
  6. close it
  7. when tomatoes get smashed, add turmeric, chilly, coriander powder
  8. add mushroom and little water
  9. then close the lid
  10. when mushroom is cooked switch off the stove
  11. garnish with coriander and curry leaves
  12. then make dosa and apply some curry over it and make dosa
