  1. kodo millet
  2. idli rice
  3. urad dal
  4. fenugreek seeds

Instructions

  1. Soak all ingredients separately.
  2. Grind and make it as a batter.
  3. Allow it to ferment for 5 to 6 hours.
  4. Batter is now ready to prepare dosa.
