Its a very tasty sweet dish, which i learnt from Hebbar's kitchen.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 1-wheat flour/ atta- 1 cup
  2. 2-Ghee_1 cup
  3. 3-sugar _1 cup
  4. 4-water_3 cups
  5. 5-cardamom powder_1 tsp


  1. 1-Take a nonstick pan,add one cup ghee,then add one cup wheat flour to it,saute on a medium to low flame,for 10 _15 mins, without forming any lumps.keep stirring constantly, should not burn , but turn to golden brown.
  2. 2-Meanwhile in another vessel,boil 3 cups of water,add one cup sugar, when it melts completely,pour this water in the atta mixture,take care while pouring,as both the pans are very hot.
  3. 3- keep stirring well ,until it forms a smooth lump ( nearly 5 mins),and the ghee starts to seperate.
  4. 4-switch off the flame,add the cardamom powder,mix well n serve hot,it's too tasty...
