Soya is a versatile ingredient which can be enjoyed in stir fries as well as gravy preparation. Creamy soya chaap roll is a lip smacking snack, no one can say no to this dish. You can easily prepare this at your home. In Creamy soya chaap roll, soya chaap is wrapped in a roomali roti with cream, green chutney and onion rings. You can have this dish for your snack or dinner. Serve this Soya chaap roll with chutney or mayonnaise.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 300 gm soya chaap
  2. Cream as required
  3. 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  4. 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  5. 1/4 tsp garam masala powder
  6. 1/4 tsp lalmirch powder
  7. 1 tsp tandoori masala
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Mint and coriander chutney
  10. 5 roomali roti


  1. Boil soya chaap for 7-8 minutes. Drain it.
  2. Add cream, lalmirch powder, garam masala, salt, black pepper powder, ginger garlic paste and marinate for at least 3-4 hours.
  3. Preheat the air fryer at 180 C for 5 minutes. Put the marinated soya chaap in it and air fry it for 6-7 minutes. Turn the side and apply butter and air fry it for 6-7 minutes.
  4. Cut into small pieces and add cream in it.
  5. Take roomali roti apply green chutney, put soya chaap mixture, put onion rings and fold it to get a roll.
