Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Hilsa fish 1kg
  2. Mustard nd posto paste 1cup
  3. Haldi powder
  4. Salt
  5. Kalonji
  6. Green chillie
  7. Mustard oil


  1. Marinade the fish with salt nd haldi powder
  2. Shallow fry the fishes
  3. Debone the fishes
  4. Put oil in a pan nd temper with kalonji nd green chillies
  5. Add the paste nd stir
  6. Add salt nd haldi
  7. Stir till oil start to come out
  8. Add the fish, give it a quick stir without making it mushy
