Egg gravy

Ingredients to make Egg gravy

  • egg-5
  • chilly-2
  • potato-big size 2
  • onion -small size 5
  • tomato -big 1
  • mint leaves-little
  • Pattai-small size 1,lavagam-2.
  • ginger garlic paste-11/2 (one and half)spoon
  • chilly powder-11/2table spoon
  • turmeric powder-1/2 spoon
  • coriander powder-1 spoon
  • Garam masala-1/2 tea spoon
  • Pepper powder-1/2 tea spoon
  • salt -as required
  • Grind:cocount(small coconut 1/2+sombu (1/2tea spoon)
  • coriander leaves

How to make Egg gravy

  1. 1.In a cooker,add refined oil 2 spoon,add pattai and lavagam.
  2. 2.Add onion,chilly and sort well.little salt
  3. 3.when onion comes little brown add ginger garlic paste.sort till raw smell goes.
  4. 4.Aftr raw smell goes add tomato and cook well till tomato mash.
  5. 5.Aftr tomato mash well.add potato.
  6. 6.Add powders (chilly,Coriander,Turmeric,garam masala ,salt)
  7. 7.cook till raw smell goes.then add water.
  8. 8.Take coconut and sombu
  9. 9.Grind both and take as semi liquid paste
  10. 10.when one boil comes add coconut grind paste.
  11. 11.close the cooker and when stream comes put whistle .leave four whistle and keep in sim for 2min.
  12. 12.Aftr stream goes open lid and add cut egg
  13. Aftr add egg again switch on flame and leave for 3min.

My Tip:

Egg boil in cooker in 3 whistle.
