Pav bhaji is one of a weak point of my family.So I have used this mouthwatering recipe in so many ways.Like pav bhaji rice, pav bhaji sandwich, pav bhaji dosa & now pav bhaji Khasta Kachori.Taste is really good.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. All purpose flour...2cup
  2. Catom seeds...1tspn
  3. Mix vegetables (peas,carrot,cauliflower)...1bowl
  4. Boiled potato...2
  5. Onion...1
  6. Ginger garlic paste...1tspn
  7. Tomato(big size)...3
  8. Red chilli powder...1tspn
  9. Kashmiri red chilli powder...2tspn
  10. Pav bhaji masala...5tspn
  11. Green chilli paste...1tspn
  12. turmeric powder...1tspn
  13. Coriander leaves...5tspn
  14. Salt
  15. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Heat oil,add chopped onion & ginger garlic paste.Saute it for a while.
  2. Add boiled vegetables & all spices.Mix it well.
  3. Add boiled mashed potatoes & mash all the vegetables.
  4. Add chopped capsicum &tomato paste .Cover it & cook it well.
  5. Mix coriander leaves & adjust salt.
  6. Add pav bhaji masala & cook it for more 5 minutes to make it dry.
  7. Now take very small portion from flour dough.Put 1tspn pav bhaji mixture in it ,make shape like potli &deep fry it.
  8. It's ready now.Serve it with any dip sauce & hot tea.
