Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Cauli flower 1 cup
  2. Rice flour 5 tsp
  3. Tomato sauce 5 TSP
  4. Soya sauce 3 tsp
  5. Spring onion few
  6. Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  7. Red chilli powder 2 tsp
  8. Maida 1 tsp
  9. Salt as required
  10. Oil as required

Instructions

  1. In pan add cauliflower,water and salt cook for 10 min.and strain it and keep it aside
  2. In bowl add maida,rice flour,salt, turmeric powder,chilli powder mix well add little water to make a smooth batter
  3. Now add cauliflower into the batter and dip it and fry the cauliflower pieces
  4. Cook well.cook both sides and keep it aside
  5. In another pan add little oil add spring onion fry for minute after add soya sauce tomato sauce
  6. Mix it well cook for 5 min.and then add cauliflower pieces mix it gently.
  7. Healthy cauliflower gobi Manchurian is ready
