Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. For Veg Manchurian
  2. Grated cabbage2 cup
  3. Grated carrot 1
  4. Grated Capsicum 1
  5. Ginger Garlic paste 1/2 tsp
  6. Green chilly paste 1 tsp
  7. coriander powder 1 tsp
  8. Roasted Cumin Powder 1/2 Tsp
  9. Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  10. Maida 3 tbsp
  11. Corn flour 2 tbsp
  12. Salt to taste
  13. Oil for frying
  14. For jeera puri
  15. Maida 1/2 cup
  16. Wheat flour 1/4 cup
  17. Crushed Cumin seed 1 tsp
  18. Ghee 1 tbsp
  19. Salt to taste
  20. To make white sauce
  21. Butter 2 tbsp
  22. Maida 2 tbsp
  23. Chilled Milk 1 cup
  24. Grated cheese 1 tbsp
  25. black pepper powder 1 tsp
  26. salt as needed
  27. For garnishing
  28. Sev
  29. French fries
  30. Cheese

Instructions

  1. To make Manchurian balls, mix all ingredients in a bowl except oil.
  2. Mix everything together very well.
  3. Make like a dough and make smalls from it.
  4. Heat oil in nonstick pan and fry till crisp and brown.
  5. Now let's prepare jeera puri, for that mix all needed ingredients together.
  6. Now ad 1 tbsp ghee and rub between palms to get crispier pooris.
  7. Knead hard dough and rest for 20 minutes.
  8. Then take small portion from dough and roll like puri, make 4 puris more.
  9. Now apply oil on one puri and sprinkle maida over it, do the same with remaining puris.
  10. Layer all 5 puris and and roll and cut into 2 inches distances again roll it and make cuts to prevent fir puffing up.
  11. Make all puris like this way, meanwhile heat oil in kadai and fry all puris till golden and crisp.
  12. Know let's make white sauce, heat butter in pan when it comes boil ad maida and stirr continusly, to become lump free, ad chilled milk, when mixes add grated cheese , salt and black pepper powder. keep stirring.
  13. Let it boil and switch off the flame,white sauce is ready.
  14. Now take one puri ,put Manchurian ball on it, pour some white sauce, sprinkle some sev, grate cheese along with french fries.
  15. Serve immediately.
