MY INNOVATIVE DISH THE FUSION OF MALAYSIAN AND INDIAN DISH .ORIGINALLY IN MALYASIA ITS KNOWN AS A JALA ROTI THAT IS DIFFRENT BATTER BUT I USED SAME METHOD WITH HEALTHY OAT DOSA BATTER AND I CREATED THIS JALI / NET DOSA AND FEELING WITH HEALTHY COMBINATION OF BEET ROOT, SPROUTS, CARROT AND POTETO I HAVE GAVE SOME HEALTHY INNOVATIVE TWIST .

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. For better
  2. 1/2 cup Raw rice
  3. 1/4 cup urad dal split black lentils
  4. 1 cup oat flour (powder )
  5. Water for soaking
  6. 1 pinch salt
  7. For Healthy Masala feeling
  8. 1/2 cup grated beet root
  9. 1/2 cup grated carrot
  10. 1/2 cup finely chopped capsicum
  11. 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
  12. 1/ 2 cup finely chopped tomatoes
  13. 2 green chil finely chopped
  14. 1/2 cup finely chopped Green coriander leaves
  15. 1cup sprouted mung
  16. 4 cup masala Poteto
  17. salt as per taste
  18. 1/2 cup Olive oil /butter

Instructions

  1. Wash and soak the raw rice and urad dal separately in enough water in deep bowls for 3 to 4 hours and drain well.
  2. Combine the rice, urad dal and oat flour and blend in a mixer to a smooth paste using approx. 1 ½ cups of water to get a batter of thick pouring consistency.Add the salt and mix well.
  3. fine batter for the dosa. Make sure there are no lumps. Take a ketchup bottle or piping bag add better in it with small spoon.
  4. For Healthy Masala feeling
  5. Heat oil in a pan and splutter the mustard seeds and curry leaves
  6. Add chopped onions, ginger, garlic and green chilies.
  7. Add the mashed poteto red chilli powder, turmeric powder, curry leaves, salt and 1/4 cup water and cook till the water dries up.
  8. Than mix all greated vegetables , sprouted mung and Coriander leaves. keep aside.
  9. Make a like a net with slowly on frypan.
  10. Smear a little ghee over it and along the edges and cook on a medium flame till the dosa turns golden brown
  11. Than remove it carefully from tawa or fry pan and add healthy masala on it
  12. If you like cone shape net dosa take small glass and layered with green coconut chutney and red garlic coconut chutney than placed net cone dosa on it feeling with healthy beet root masala
  13. Serve immediately
  14. Repeat with the remaining batter
