About Pancake Recipe

It's a healthy breakfast to start an energetic day.

Pancake

Ingredients to make Pancake

  • self raising flour - 2 cups
  • caster sugar - 1/3 Cup
  • egg - 2
  • milk - 1 and 3/4 cup
  • vanilla essence - 1 teaspoon
  • butter - for brushing

How to make Pancake

  1. sift the flour.
  2. whisk the eggs, milk and vanilla essence together.
  3. mix the sugar with the flour.
  4. make a well in the centre of the flour mixture.
  5. add milk mixture and whisk until lump free and well combined.
  6. place a nonstick frying pan over medium heat.
  7. Grease or brush the pan with butter.
  8. drop 1/4 cup of mixture into the pan.
  9. after 1 minute flip the pancake over.
  10. cook for another minute.
  11. cook all of the pancakes following the same process.
  12. cover loosely with a foil paper to keep it warm and soft for long time.
  13. serve with maple syrup or honey or golden syrup or nutella with a glass of milk.

My Tip:

1. Don't over mix the mixture. 2. Can use cooking oil spray instead of butter brushing.
