ABOUT BEETROOT DOSA RECIPE

Its a healthy and tasty dosa recipe.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 Cups Dosa batter
  2. 1 Beetroot Grated
  3. 2 Green Chilly
  4. salt
  5. oil

Instructions

  1. Take 2 cups dosa batter
  2. Grate beetroot, 2 green chilly
  3. Add beetroot in a mixie jar and green chilly also
  4. Add 1/2 tsp salt or adjust dosa batter
  5. Grind smoothly without adding water
  6. Add beetroot paste to the batter
  7. Mix well properly
  8. Place tawa and preheat and Pour one laddle full of batter and roll thinly
  9. Apply oil and cook on both sides
  10. Turn other side and cook in low flame for crispier dosa
  11. Once done transfer to a plate and Beetroot dosa is ready serve hot with chutney
