Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 cup Rava
  2. 1 cup fresh curd
  3. One large size chopped onion
  4. Few coriander leves
  5. Few chopped green chillies
  6. Pinch of turmeric powder
  7. 1/2 tsp salt
  8. 1/2 tsp kashmir red chilli powder
  9. 1/2 tsp baking powder
  10. Oil for shallow fry
  11. Water as per requirement for making batter

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl add all the ingredients except baking powder and oil
  2. Mix well if require then add few water and keep aside for 15 minutes
  3. After 15 minutes heat a pan or tawa , grease few oil
  4. Now again mix the batter and add baking powder mix it well
  5. Now pour the batter in pan and spread , sprinkle few oil , cook in slow medium flame
  6. When one side is cook then flip another side and cook till it well cook
  7. Serve hot and enjoy
